In addition, EUROVINO presents trade visitors from the retail, gastronomy and hotel sectors an expert area. This will address issues and challenges relevant to attendees, and offer solutions and advice specialists in the field.

EUROVINO creates a relaxed and communicative atmosphere. New initiatives on topics such as recruiting, as well as sales promotion at the PoS and educational opportunities for sales and distribution staff, ensure an innovative climate at the trade fair. Experts meet one another at EUROVINO and use the fair as a platform to share information about trends and developments in the world of wine.
Business
As a B2B format, EUROVINO offers uncomplicated access to existing and potential business partners. From the first contact to the signing of a contract, the focus is on business. A professional database of exhibitors provides an optimal overview of exhibiting companies and facilitates the search for the right wines.
Know-how
On both days of the fair, the expert area in the entrance hall of Messe Karlsruhe will offer a variety of topics for the retail, gastronomy and hotel sectors. Visitors will be able to talk to industry experts at any time and gather information on a range of topics.
Tasting
Wines must be tasted – preferably directly from their producers. A wide range of producers await discovery and offer you opportunities to taste their latest available vintages. Talking with experts, discussing and sharing knowledge in an uncomplicated and direct way: that is the concept of EUROVINO.

Programme
New information and ideas will be offered during power breakfasts on both days of the fair from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the event hall, giving visitors an inspiring start to the day. The specialists of the expert area will give short presentations of their topics.
On both days of the fair from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. you can meet the specialists of the expert area in the event hall of Messe Karlsruhe. You can discuss current industry topics from the retail, catering and hotel sectors with these experts at any time. They are looking forward to your visit.
The networking evening will take place on the Sunday of the fair, starting at 6 p.m. – its highlight will be the presentation of the Fair Wine Award.
Following the networking evening, the after-show-cocktail-party with live music will take place on Sunday at 9:30 p.m. in the Santos Cocktail Bar.
A direct bus leaves at 21:30 and 22:00 from Messe Karlsruhe to the Santos Cocktail Bar.

How do you create a multimedia shopping experience with mini-podcasts on the wine shelf or price list? Welcome to a world of staff-free, wine sales inspired by audio guides used by museums.
At the counter, there will be a practical demonstration of how podcast advertising works, how it differs from established forms of advertising and how it can be integrated into your marketing mix.

In cooperation with the University of Kassel, the start-up "Öko Vision" has developed a tool that can help slash energy costs by up to 25 per cent. The energy management breakthrough, which can monitor and analyze electricity consumption in real time, will be presented at the counter.
It can also detect energy peaks, quickly and easily identify potential device faults, and create sustainability reports with just one click. It keeps an eye on your energy consumption too!

The shopfitter Knoeppel developed an efficient presentation concept for EDEKA Zierles that allows for a higher number of items in the same space. The wine department was given a clearer layout without significantly changing the surroundings. The Knoeppel furniture integrates seamlessly into the existing furniture, which meant that the floor could remain unchanged. When fully stocked, the furniture can be easily pushed aside with a pallet truck, for example for customer events.

The Klefischer paint walls, blackboards, exhibition stands, restaurants, hotels, ceilings, canvases, columns, packaging, POS displays, windows, doors and anything else you can imagine. Martina and Thomas Klefisch have been working all over the world for over 25 years, touching every soul of the viewer with their handmade paintings, illustrations and calligraphies.

Services
At the info counter in the Events Hall you will find information about restaurants and hotels in the surrounding area. At the info counters in front of the halls, they will be happy to help you with any questions you may have.
Messe Karlsruhe is designed to be handicapped accessible. All halls and entrances are at ground level.
P1 carpark is exclusively available as a parking area for people with walking disabilities or wheelchairs. Furthermore, parking spaces for people with disabilities are available on P2 in the first two parking rows.
There is also a “toilet for everyone” at the trade fair. This toilet is specially conceived for use by people with multiple handicaps. It is additionally equipped with a lifter and an emergency-call mechanism. This toilet is open during the regular opening hours of the current event on the trade fair’s campus. Additional barrier-free toilets are located in the exhibition halls during REHAB.
Wheelchairs:
- Free service for your visit to the fair. Please contact the colleagues of the DRK on site on the relevant day of your visit by calling 0721 3720 5230.
- A wheelchair (without electric drive) will be brought to you for the duration of your visit to the fair (subject to availability).
Free WLAN access
As a registered user, wireless Internet access is available for you free of charge throughout the entire campus during the trade fair.
Free WLAN on the trade fair’s campus
You will need a WLAN-capable device of your own with a Web browser function.
Please note the following details:
- To use the free WLAN, you need a WLAN-capable device with the globally common WLAN Standard IEEE 802.11 n/ac.
- When there are large numbers of simultaneous users, reception is not guaranteed at every location on the campus.
- The bandwidth per device is maximally 8 Mbit/sec. However, depending on the momentary traffic in the hall, the bandwidth may be less than this maximum.
- One user /device can go online with a mobile device for maximally 4 hours.
Premium Wi-FI
If you need higher bandwidth, we recommend that you order our premium Wi-Fi for the highest online demands (without bandwidth restriction). A fee will be charged for this service. You may purchase it either online or in the Business Centre at Entrance West.
Karlsruhe Trade Fair makes available for its visitors an EC automat directly on the fair’s campus. The automat is located in the Events Hall at the main entrance.
This automat dispenses cash without a fee for customers with accounts at Volksbank. This is also true for customers of savings banks in the city of Karlsruhe-Ettlingen, but not for customers of savings banks outside this district or customers of other banks.
On the exhibition grounds, there is a charge of 2 euros for the use of the checkroom service for items of clothing, and 3 euros for items of luggage. Lockers are available in the basement using a 1 euro deposit coin.
You will find digital lockers in the entrance area (main entrance) on the left side.
12 of 24 LiveLockers are equipped with the possibility to charge batteries of mobile devices. After opening the LiveLocker, you will find
- a 220V/16A socket to connect your own power supply units, e.g. for charging laptops or bicycle batteries, and,
- a USB type A and a USB type C socket with a combined output of 18W.
You can reserve these in advance for your stay at live-locker.com.
There is a charge of 5 euros per day for their use.
Four charging stations for electric vehicles (type 2 plugs up to 22 kW) are available to visitors to Karlsruhe Trade Fair Centre in car park P1; charging costs €6. Please note: There is a fee for access to car park P1.
The charging stations cannot be reserved.
Messe Karlsruhe does not permit animals on the exhibition grounds.
Exceptions are guide dogs for people with disabilities, guide dogs for the blind and service dogs.

The following information will make your trip to EUROVINO quick and easy, whether you're travelling by car, public transport, rail or air.
How to get there
From the A5/A8 motorway (Autobahn):
Coming along the A8 from Stuttgart, drive south onto the A5, following signs for Basel. Leave the A5 at junction 48 for Karlsruhe-Süd and follow signs to "Messe“. The road name for satellite navigation systems is Leichtsandstraße (on some systems Leichtsandstrasse) in the Karlsruhe district of Rheinstetten.
From the A65 motorway (Autobahn):
The A65 merges with the B10. Leave the B10 at junction 8 and follow signs to "Messe“. The road name for satellite navigation systems is Leichtsandstraße (on some systems Leichtsandstrasse) in the Karlsruhe district of Rheinstetten
Carparks
There are plenty of parking spaces available on the exhibition grounds at the P1 and VIP/Presse parking spaces. Parking fee per day: online € 8.00, € 9.00 on site.
Tickets for the FareZone 100 apply for travel to the Messe/Leichtsandstraße tram and bus stop when a trade fair is on.

Karlsruhe is a hub for ICE, InterCity, EuroCity and InterRegio trains, and is located directly on the Hamburg-Frankfurt-Basel intercity line. The east-west line Karlsruhe-Stuttgart-Munich begins here too. And the high-speed TGV train takes you from Paris to Karlsruhe in just three hours.

The event ticket provided by Deutscher Bahn does not include the ticket for access to the trade fair or congress event of Karlsruher Messe- und Kongress GmbH.
A shuttle service (free of charge) between Karlsruhe main station (forecourt) and Messe Rheinstetten (West entrance/main entrance) will be available during the event.
The journey will take approximately 20 minutes. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes.

Karlsruhe Trade Fair Centre has excellent connections to at least 4 airports:
Karlsruhe Baden-Baden (approx. 30 minutes by road) and other major international airports such as Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Strasbourg (50–60 minutes by road).
We recommend you the arrival via Frankfurt Airport.
You are traveling with a motorhome or caravan and would like to stay overnight directly at the trade fair? We offer you the opportunity to do so at our parking lot VIP/Presse. Electricity can only be guaranteed if ordered in time.

Karlsruhe Trade Fair Center is barrier-free and therefore handicapped-accessible. All halls and entrances are at ground level, so there are no access restrictions.

You can also reach the exhibition grounds easily and in an environmentally friendly way with KVV.nextbike - the public bike and e-bike rental system of the Karlsruher Verkehrsverbund (KVV). The rental station near the exhibition grounds is located at the tram stop Messe/ Leichtsandstraße (line S2).
This is how easy it is to use the KVV.nextbike: Select the bike at www.kvv-nextbike.de or at a rental station, scan it and off you go. Please note that the number of KVV.nextbikes available is limited.
